Returns

The customer can return the goods at his own expense no later than 14 days from receipt of the order. It is necessary to send an email to info@gomitolo.com or write to the WhatsApp number 378.302.5390, you will be able to proceed with the return only after our confirmation. Returned items must be intact, not tampered with and with their labels. Always include the receipt in the package.

Returns that do not have these characteristics will not be refunded.

The refund will be made via the payment method chosen when ordering. We will proceed to issue the refund only when we receive the items.
N.B. For orders placed with cash on delivery, a discount voucher will be issued equal to the value of the returned goods . This voucher will be valid for one month from its issue and can be used in a single solution on elbow.com.
