Special Baby is a new 3-ply yarn that is characterized by a very soft hand given by the use of extra fine wool; the Perlè twist, in addition to giving a very particular grain, limits the peeling very much. Despite what the name may suggest, it is not a yarn designed only for the little ones: presented with a wide range of 25 colors, it is a versatile and resistant item, which is suitable for both knitting and crocheting, to create sweaters, elaborate shawls and garments with a lace effect.

And that’s precisely the case with this new yarn, midway between classic and patterned, a pure-wool twisted yarn embracing a multicolored component at its core, giving both a subtle but lively effect at the same time. This mellow but effective yarn has been designed with a chart of soft hues suited mainly to projects for babies and children, such as blankets, tops, socks, and various kinds of sweaters. A real woolen cuddle for the little ones!

Polo is a wool blend spun in intimate mixture with Superwash treated Fine wool and an acrylic with a soft touch. It has a single 4-ply twist so that the yarn features roundness and softness to the touch. Dyeing is double, meaning that specific dyes are used for each of the two fibres forming the yarn at the same time. Polo is clean, linear and very regular yarn in which the presence of acrylic makes it machine washable problem-free. It’s suitable for unisex garments and accessories, also sweaters and children’s outfits.
